Written test sections:

This section has two tasks.

Task 1:

Task 1: A chart or table is given whose information you need to describe or report

In Task 1, your skills in organizing paragraphs, describing and even comparing data, describing the steps of a process, describing an object or sequence of events, and explaining the operation of a device are measured according to the type of data presentation.

Task 2:

Task 2: You should write an essay in response to a point of view, argument or problem. The level of difficulty of the issues related to this exercise is suitable for undergraduate and higher degree candidates.

Task 2 assesses the justification of an idea / evidence / opinion and the examination and challenge of the ideas / evidence / argument, depending on the type of question, your skill and ability to provide a solution to a problem.

In both Tasks, the ability of your writing is assessed according to the following criteria:

Appropriate content
Proper organization of ideas
Accuracy and breadth of vocabulary and structure

Test time:

General Training Writing: 60 minutes

You have to write text for two different topics.

In the first issue (TASK 1) you have to write a letter to a hypothetical person and describe an issue or problem. Your letter must be at least 150 words long. If the letter has less than 150 words, it will be deducted. It is better to devote 20 minutes of time to the first topic.

In the second topic (TASK 2) you have to say yes or no to an issue and you have to write at least 250 words about it. If an essay has less than 250 words, it will be deducted. It is better to dedicate 40 minutes of time to the second topic.

Academic Writing Section: 60 minutes

You have to write text for two different topics.

In the first topic (TASK 1) you should explain about the table or graph given to you. Your essay must be at least 150 words. If an essay has less than 150 words, it will be deducted. It is better to devote 20 minutes of time to the first topic.

In the second topic (TASK 2) you have to say yes or no to an issue and you have to write at least 250 words about it. If an essay has less than 250 words, it will be deducted. It is better to dedicate 40 minutes of time to the second topic.
